Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the stage, rock and rolls version of the senior tour....Mustang Sally"
The (original) Rhythm Pigz ( Mike ”Mac” McDevitt, Mark Boldt, Rich Matlock, Tim McDevitt, and Scott Greenwood) dominated the Effingham area hard rock scene in the early nineties. Here’s how it started:

Mac worked with Mark. Mark knew Rich. Mac and Rich knew Scott. Mac was related to Tim. Tim and Scott knew each other. Mark convinced Mac and Rich to visit his dark basement, and that’s where the plan to take over the world was hatched. Once Tim and Scott were tricked into entering the basement, the deal was sealed. They never looked back. Except that one time when Mark forgot to bring his bass.

After a few years of facemelting, burning cymbals, burst ear drums, smoky dressing rooms, broken strings, bloody microphone stands and general (sometimes stupid) youthful indiscretion all over central Illinois, everyone started becoming responsible, getting jobs and having children, so they disbanded. They all lived happily ever after. Until now……

Now they’re back (again) and ready to rock you all over again, one last time. After successful reunion shows in 2003 and 2017, they’re older and wiser, perhaps, quite a bit soberer and balder, and just as eager to rock.
Soul Riot: Tom Fedrigon, Rich Matlock, Keith Booher, Randy Myers, and Scott Greenwood.

Soul Riot was conceived around 3 1/2 - 4 years ago when Tom decided to grab his acoustic and start gigging again. Rich caught wind of it and wasn't having any of this "solo act" stuff, so Tom and Rich hit the road (so to speak). Young Keith joined them about 2 years later and short while after that they decided to add a bass player the great and powerful Randy Myers came aboard and added some electric stuff as well. At some point Scott Greenwood was convinced (by Rich) to come and sing "some" and next thing you know here we are. Come enjoy an eclectic evening of what is best described as Heavy mellow lounge country sounds of SOUL RIOT! You'll hear John Prine and ZZ Top in the same set; and many, if not all the songs you will know and sing along with them.
